Hi, my name is Havilah Crider and I am the broker and owner at Crider Realty. With an innate passion for hospitality and customer service, I became a licensed realtor in 2013 in Austin, Texas. I was young, driven, and had big goals set for myself and have slowly seen those goals come to fruition. I spent years dedicated to learning from the best in the industry to set myself apart from others. I deeply pride myself on my genuine desire to provide my clients with unparalleled service and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

It is so incredibly important that my clients feel heard and know they can instill their full trust in me. Simply put, my clients come first and I have their best interest at heart at all times. I love keeping up to date with market trends and statistics to stay ahead of the curb to ensure my clients get the best deal. Negotiating and communication is a strong suit of mine and I am proud of the presence I have made in this industry. I have a wealth of knowledge and 10 years of experience as a full time agent and am humbled at every opportunity where I am able to work with a buyer or seller. 

This job is truly rewarding and it brings me great joy sharing the excitement with buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a strong family woman and cherish the time I get to spend raising my beautiful children with my husband, building a wonderful life for them and showing them the world!
